R3vised Intro

Good evening ladies and gentlemen. I would like to thank you for taking the time to explore Operation Beast Mode. Operation Beast Mode is my personal journey from semi unfit to beast mode. If you dont know what beast mode is, check it out over at Urban Dictionary. Im planning on continuing this lifestyle until the Tough Mudder competition (now) June 16th.

A little background. Im 24 years old. 6 foot 5 inches. 190 pounds. Ive always been the skinny kid. I wasnt always so tall, but thin is an understatement. Ive always been athletic. Ive played baseball, basketball, and soccer my entire life. 7th grade I wrestled 70lbs, and 8th grade I wrestled 80lbs. My freshman year I wrestled 112, and I graduated around 120. I work in an office, so the most physical activity i get is carrying a 50lb box of paper upstairs.

The goal is to get back into beast mode.  I plan on working out at least 5 days a week. The tough thing for me is going to be eating 4500 calories per day. Im also going to post a picture diary to track my progress. 4500 calories is a SHIT TON of food. I already track my food progress on Calorie Count, but Ive been staying around 2600-3000 per day. I have a few friends who are training for the Tough Mudder event, so its helped a little bit.
