Houston, we are go for broke

Today's the day! Broke open my Methadrol Extreme and Advanced Cycle Support from Iron Mag Labs! I had a granola square with peanut butter, a chocolate chip muffin, and a protein shake for breakfast. Im not powering down 8oz chicken, 1 cup uncooked rice, and i might eat a peanut butter sandwich - idk. After that I will be heading to the gym. I like to drink a Rockstar Recovery and mix my NO in it. Let my stomach settle a good 20 minutes and DO WORK BABY! I will try to take pictures today and upload them later. Im bound and determined. Even if i havent reached the targets in my diet, 3500 calories is still enough to sustain my weight, but 4500 would be even better. Hell, depending, I might go back to shoveling 6000 down my throat. Yes ive done it before, and its not fun, but if thats what it takes, thats what i'll be doing.

3-30 Friday update

Thank God its friday. I had a terrible week at work. Time and time again I find, if you want something done right, you had better do it yourself. I have a terrible memory, so i cant recall if Ive already said Im reading Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand. Excellent book! And I hate reading. Anyway, T-Minus not too long. Tomorrow morning I will be waking up and begin shoveling food down my face. Ive been semi slacking, only got 300 grams of protein in yesterday, but believe me, its still a lot. I hit the gym last night with a  little chest and tricep. 188lbs. Im gonna party tonight at walmart and get some groceries! I need Milk, Mio, Rice, Peanut butter, and Chicken Broth. Dont judge me! Today, its around 3pm and Ive consumed a meager 2100 calories. Shouldnt be tough to hit 4400 though. DO WORK SON

3-28 On Deck

Im preparing myself at the moment. Im not really gearing up just yet lol. Yesterday i was a little behind on calories until 1045pm i managed to cook 3 grilled cheese sandwiches and milk for an extra ~800  and ended the day with 4200 calories with 380 grams of protein. Not exactly what Im aiming for, but you try doing it. Today has been hectic with work. My boss is out on vacation, so Im in charge! Its been ridiculous too. I came in early yesterday, stayed late, went to my old lady's house, went back to work, and then logged in from home at 1030. Today i was at work early to continue what I had been working on through the night. I took a short lunch, but by God I left at 5pm today. Now, I have to work here shortly for an hour, but it is what it is. Counting down the days, T - minus 2 days (roughly) I will be going big time! Until then Im gonna rock out and try stuffing my face every couple of hours. I shouldnt say stuff my face because im only doing ~800 each meal and i know ive pulled 2500 in one sitting before

3-27-12 Missing Tire Flip

Im feeling good today. My ankles are bothering me a bit. I ran two miles last night and they really began to hurt. Sadly, tonight I will be missing the tire flip and viking hammer. I ate really well yesterday. After consuming 4400 calories, I was still hungry. I didnt go over my target. Ive been doing well eating today, too. Ive been pissing like its my job, but thats just a part of it. Im extremely excited about starting this round and doing it big. I suppose my only concern is my rage. When I ran my first round, I was 140lbs. At 190lbs Im a decent size kid and when shit hits the fan, I can go into what I call "super rage mode". I honestly picture myself as a Hulk/Bruce  Banner or Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde. Now I dont just run around being a super dick (cape and all), but i find it tough to tolerate ignorance. Gotta keep an eye on the blood pressure!

3-26-12 Update

Obviously Im not very good at this 'posting often' thing. Today is Monday, March 26th, 2012 about 12:20pm. I just weighed in at 183lbs about 20 minutes ago. I was shitfaced saturday, so it may go up a bit as im still re-hydrating. Last week I had a basic body fat test done and was read at 12%. I definitely feel good about it. Now for the good stuff --
Im kinda cleaning my body out this week. No alcohol, a lot of water, keeping it as healthy as possible. Next week Im starting a Metha-drol Extreme cycle, also using IronMags Advanced cycle support, Whey Protein, NO, and .5mg letro eod. Ill be posting my diet plans, but theyre basically going to consist of 400+ grams of protein a day and trying to stay around 4500 calories. Today Im doing 440 grams of protein. I use caloriecount.about.com to track all my calories. Its one hell of a tool. I need to have someone take progress pix for me because when i do it myself the pix come out looking like a douchebags myspace photo. Thats all Ive got for right now. Im taking it easy this week. Probably hit the gym twice. I'll be running two miles everyday or close to. Wish me luck!
