FML

Yeah.. the title says it all. Fuck my life! Not really. Its going pretty well. I feel terrible for not following through on just about anything. Ive been going to the gym almost everyday and eating 4000+ calories. Obviously not blogging about it. I didnt take before and after pictures. And now the competition has been moved back to June. Thats fine.. Im still gonna train. I need to work on my cardio but my knees and ankles have really been giving me fits lately. Ive definitely put on some muscle!

Anyway... I NEED A NEW DIET

Right now my diet is SHIT. Im talking fast food, pop, whatever I can get my hands on. Im bulking up, but I need to be eating healthier to get that cut/ripped look. I mean, Im still 6'5 190lbs so Im doin ok lol.  I asked nikki, and I asked adam, but neither of them came through.... :( sad face!

Lets see if I can do this right.

7am --
         *2 cup Honey Nut Cheerios
         *2 cup whole milk
10am--
         *1 apple
         *1 cup of almonds
1230pm--
         *2 cup chicken breast
         *1 cup uncooked rice
         *8oz grape juice
3pm--
         *3oz beef jerky
         *1 orange
6pm after gym--
         *1 Ensure+
8pm--
         * 12oz lean ground beef
         *1 cup uncooked rice
         *8oz V8 for my veggies lol

So thats like 3600 calories, and not terribly unhealthy. I need to fit in more vegetables!
