Post Cycle

Well the inevitable is happening. Im shedding some weight. This was expected. Im down to 198lbs but pretty cut. My caloric intake has been up and down. Some days its 2200 and some days its 4000. I havent lost any strength. Still squatting 415 on my last set. My bench has been hurt because of my rotator cuff.  Im gonna keep this short. Heres a comparison pic for ya
